yea because even if philly misses both free throws you still have time to put up 3 triples in 7 seconds. I've seen teams not foul being down 5 with 10 seconds left. Exactly how does a team determine whether to foul or not in such situation.

nba's youngest team- on verge of a comeback, annoyed that they missed that shot.

team like the Lakers, all vets, in that same situation would never foul. they'd just walk away.

Yeah, the Lakers would never do that.

0:10 Darren Collison makes free throw 1 of 2 99-88
0:10 Dahntay Jones enters the game for Vince Carter 99-88
0:10 Jae Crowder enters the game for Shawn Marion 99-88
0:10 Darren Collison misses free throw 2 of 2 99-88

That little spastic Gasol attack in the last 10 seconds made the game total go over by two points, BTW.

Exactly. But a "veteran" team like the Lakers never does anything like that. They just "walk away."

goatmilk loves him some kobe bryant. I personally don't like bryant or the lakers, but I can see his bias towards them. We all have our weaknesses.

How about arkansas fouling down 8 with 2 seconds left, and off an inbounds too not even on a rebound.
