Don't overthink this one, I've followed Kent St all year, they might lose by 10, but they could win by 10 just as easily. This game is a true toss-up, if not in kent st favor. Taking the points and sprinkling some on the ML are definitely the play.

It's not flashy, lots of short stuff, but its enough to keep 8 guys out of the box. And seriously Dri Archer is a freak of a human being, no way to matchup with the guy.

I have definitely been a bit surprised/amused/confused when just doing trend based research and comparing the MAC with all the other conferences. When you break down ats results across conferences there is a lot of uniformity with many trends, but then when you look at the MAC these trends just don't perform the same as the do in other conferences.

I am by no means saying these trends will continue or anything, it is just interesting how a trend will go say 56%+ across all conferences (and in each conference produce positive units) for the past 4 years lets say over 200 plays and then in the MAC the trend will be hitting at like 35%.

Just over 50% of the public on NIU and the line jumps 2 points from -6 to -8. I'd agree that Vegas is pushing Kent.

I agree but when 51% of the public is on Kent and it goes from +5 to +7 there is some serious cash being laid on NIU... there has to be a reason since Kent is the logical play.

However, if you like NIU I would advise waiting before game starts. Perhaps a lot was laid on NIU to pump up Kent's line and then a shitload of cash is dropped on Kent +7 or +8 before game time.
