Over the years when I was working, I realized that sports betting had many similarities to what I was doing and the major thing I realized was that in this context was that. Value does not exist.!! Michigan is the play. After watching all of the NC state games, they have a lot of talent on offense but the only player that seems to care on the defensive end is Rodney Purvis. Lorenzo Brown is a great guard but he gives a very minimal effort on defense. Trey Burke and Tim Hardaway will have pressure on NC states guards on both ends of the floor. Michigan wins by 10+.

Michigan all day. Even if they dont make shots early they play good enough defense to keep them in before nailing threes and taking it to the hole. Good luck all. I got Michigan ML and ML parlay with Lakers for even money. Without Kobe Lakers will still find a way.

Solid move. While NC State's talent length and athleticism make them a dangerous matchup for Michigan (John Beilein has never coached a team with a Top 25 defense), this is a very different Michigan team. They're infusion of size and talent has them rebounding more and relying less on gimmicks like 1-3-1 zone traps. Case in point: they're actually the worst major conference team in the nation at forcing turnovers right now.

I keep coming back to the 2010 NCAA Tournament game between Michigan and Tennessee. Tennessee on paper was a terrible matchup for Michigan, but Tennessee had zero mental toughness. In the end, Michigan was just too well coached to lose to a team with no mental toughness who thought they could just run/jump/dunk and straight up out-talent Michigan. Once Blue got out to a 2nd half lead, Tennessee quit. Considering how Lorenzo Brown and CJ Leslie play, I expect a similar result.

As for Iowa/VA Tech, I hate that pick. In the immortal words of Iowa coach Fran McCaffery, nobody wants to watch slow-tempo basketball. Iowa is going to run, and VA Tech is going to want to run too. This game could get into the 80s if they hit their free throws.
