    Will the Big East disband?
Rutgers is gone. UConn, Louisville, and Cincinnati are next. Pitt, Syracuse, Notre Dame are off to the Acc. Boise, San Diego and friends are having second thoughts. Doesn't seem like the Big East will be around much longer.

Good. I've always hated that conference in football.

        Nothing but a glorified C-USA.

My Bulls need to GTFO of Dodge immediately. I read that the ACC is considering USF as a possible poaching target from the Big East (along with Louisville, Connecticut and Cincinnati). Please, please, take us to the ACC.

So when the Big 12 calls, how quickly does FSU answer the phone?

“Hi, Free Shoes, this is Bob Bowlsby.”

Unfortunately, USF is the third option behind Louisville and Connecticut. View the complete athletic scope and it's clear USF isn't on the same level. Revenue, recent history, women's athletics, etc...

Oh I'm fully aware that it's not even close. I don't see how much value we would add to the ACC, but we need to get out of the Big East. Our athletics department is a complete mess. We need to fire our football coach, fire our AD, and find a new conference. Stat.

Look for ACC to pick up UConn.

Can't believe Maryland is paying a $50 million exit fee

I agree on all accounts! I live/work in Tampa and listened to some nut job tell me yesterday USF was the best option because they had renovated the Sundome and the women made the CWS last year.

No way they pay that! This is what lawyers are for.
