LeBron James (flu) said that he will "mostly likely" play vs. the Suns on Saturday.

The Heat are already without Dwyane Wade, which may encourage LeBron to fight through the flu. Don't be surprised if he cramps up and needs fluids after the game, but it seems safe to keep him in active lineups.
