I've only been reading/poster here for a day or so, but I can already tell the guys to ignore. Guys like Richkas, and others that were supporting his actions just need to be left alone and ignored. If you call them out on it they are getting what they want, attention. They like when people disapprove of their actions so they can make smart ass remarks back. You can tell when someone is seriously a racist and believes everything they are saying and are not just kidding around, and that I do have a problem with it. The issue is not the numbers but the human rights. 19th century Alabama blacks were not even second class citizens. They were slaves and were treated worse than animals.
