Think Collison will reach a new level under Carlisle that he would have never achieved in Indy. Always loved Terry and Kidd but those 2 leaving was great for the Mavs

If Carlisle had the talent of the Laker's roster, he'd win a lot of games. The guy can coach and he always seems to squeeze 110% out of his players.
