That is why you need to call and have them do it manually. something is up with there server. just tell them you need a ticket for the qualifier, and they will take out 25 points. all you will have to do is join the tourney

people you have to call!! How many times do i need to say that? Its a free chance at money and no one is listening, the reason no one is in the tourney is because no one knows they can call.. just call and ask them to do it manually.

I tried talking to customer service saying they can't do anything. I have to, i go try to convert to ticket and its not there the tourney that is.

Ive been on the phone for last 10 mins and they are saying they can't do nothing.

Its what happened to me, I told them its not there.. and they did it manually. because its not on their list to buy a tourney ticket

If there was a group of good peoples on here ttt would be on the short list. Secretstash seems to solely deal with points so I've seen him get stiffed a time or two, but not people like ttt and yis. Bad form.

I have a long list of good people on here! 99.9% of them play poker regularly. I don't venture over to the crazy section much. Hang out in this section and you'll find some good ones
