not suprised at all the Tigers are actually playing a real team not the Rookie As and overrated Yankees. There is a reason the Tigers had the worst record going into the post season

Not shocking at all if you piad attention to how poorly Tigers were against left-hand pitching all season long.

Well 3 games ago CC Sabathia got lit the fuk up by Detroit and hes one of the best lefty's in the game. Detroit's just not hitting. Huge mistake by 3rd base coach sending Fielder home on that play. Would have had runners 3rd and 2nd no outs. Could have been a huge inning. My feeling is the Giants sweep. They just can't lose right now. Everything is going their way.

LB - This is going to be a series. It will end in 6 or 7. Detroit sucks on the road... same story all year. Entirely different team at Home. Can't wait for the Series line to come out for Detroit Reduced Juice at 5 Dimes.

Gene Lamont is the weakest link to this team. As a Tiger fan, I can attest. He is the worst third base coach in baseball -- hands down.

Agreed... You're gonna send Fielder, perhaps one of the slowest runners in the league, with no outs? How fukking stupid can you be? Turning point in game and series. I expected a split but not to go down 0-2. Fukkn Lamont.

You wouldn't believe me if I told you how many times he's gotten Miggy thrown out by 10+ feet at home over the last few seasons. Leyland's loyalty to this piece of shit is coming back to haunt Detroit.

The Tigers bats have turned into the Yankees. Blame the third base coach for the loss. If he didn't send that fat excuse of a ballplayer Fielder they would have had 2nd and 3rd no outs. At the least they would have scored one run. Very possibly two.
And the coach is an idiot. Takes Fister out who was brilliant and puts in Smyly who walks the first two guys he faces. Nice move Leyland. Taking out a pitcher who is doing great for the "lefty on lefty" bullshit.
