Did you really put the Ravens in the same category as the Jets and Rams?

Thats because they focus on players who are in it to win it, and not for the money

Exactly. If Victor Cruz was on the Jaguars practice squad no way anybody would have ever heard of him.

He was actually really good for Miami.
Also, don't all great QBs make their WRs better?
Welker is good.

There are many people that could do what Wes Welker does. The guy that practically replaced him in Miami is a prefect example. If Wes Welker traded spots with Davone Bess their stats would flip flop. Same with Danny Amendola or a whole lot of other guys. Wes Welker is nothing special.
If he wasn't a white receiver he wouldn't be getting the hype.

Wes Welker's high school football team won the state championship in Texas. That says a lot.
No major college team wanted him though because he's a midget.
Went to Texas A&M.
Big Breakout on National TV vs the Patriots on MNF one year. He was his entire team.
Bellicheat trades for him next year
He blows up in the slot role.

I think it's the other way around...
All Brady does is throw 8 yard slants.. Receivers that are not afraid to go up the middle made Brady good.

When has Tom Brady ever had a dominant true #1 WR? He's never had an Andre Johnson/Calvin Johnson/AJ Green type player. Always the Deion Branches, Wes Welkers of the world.
The Donovan Mcnabb apologists always claim he "never had any talent". WTF did Brady have? He won a super bowl with Troy Hambrick at RB. He never had Terrell Owens in his prime. He didn't have a Brian Westbrook.
Gronk AND Hernandez are for real though.

Probably some truth to it, but his doppelganger in St. Louis seems to be doing ok for himself.
