had myself a "nice" experience with 5Dimes ... made a withdrawal request, after 2 days I canceled it (I received a cancelation confirmation) and requested a bigger payout ... after 2 hours I get a confirmation that my first withdrawal request was actually processed and the second one was canceled due to "insuficient balance" ... so I had to submit a new withdrawal request for the difference and I paid twice the fee ... ofc CS said I never canceled anything, history page showed nothing ...

That's there charge and there is nothing we can do about it except play at a different book. I agree that is an extremely high payout fee and I'm sure a lot of customers would love to see that 80 fee go down in price.

I requested a payout last monday and they charged me the fees. $37 fee for $500 on a M.G. I went in to chat and asked politely and they credited the $37 back. Guess they were freerolling me on the freepay.
