I'd be interested to know if you get hooked up.

Been expecting Pinny would tell agents they don't want any new Canadians going through agents instead of direct.

Wtf. Is Pinnacle under the microscope in Ontario? Don't forget it's a 3x roll prior to withdraw and there is no bonus!

They are claiming because they are regulated in Ontario now they need to protect their customers way more now.

It is correct that their Ontario license will insist they follow AML/KYC laws in every jurisdiction they operate, not only Ontario residents.

What is the $200 monthly limit you are claiming they imposed?

I have spent many years dealing with Pinny for complaint issues and never heard anything even similar to that from them.

Please explain more or post the message from them telling you?

A guy on BMR had limits imposed on him by Pinnacle after he let it slip to Pinnacle Live Chat that he was unemployed. This could be same guy or similar situation.

Is that person talking about a $200 "Monthly" limit?

Does he say what that actually means over there? Is it a deposit limit?

Here is what guy said. He doesn't really say whether they are deposit or betting limits, but it doesn't sound like something as low as $200. But this is also with Pinnacle in Ontario.

    Here - UPDATE!

Alright so they came back to me, giving me the ability to withdraw all of my money. Great.
Now, if I want my account back to full functionality, I have to send in 3 months of bank statements, showing transactions, and they asked if I can send investments info.

Also, they are forcing me to put a limit onto my account, due to my "unemployment" situation. I messed up, and told them that I was unemployed in a rather random chat with a live agent I had, and they are now forcing me to put a limit onto my account, until the situation "changes" for my own benefit.

I didn't know, that if you tell a bookie that you're unemployed, they just shut off your access? Is this normal?

    Anyways,

Alright, no problem. I will send them 3 months, of me making over six figures of a salary.

I will also tell them, that I got a new job.

I find this rather invasive, and intrusive, and not needed.
This is sad, because this is literally the only bookie that I trust, and they're treating me like this.

    Anyways,

    Let's see what happens guys.

Bingo. This is my problem. They wanted to verify a bunch of paperwork for me so I just told them I’m retired. Either or it’s extremely unlikely then will let me bet how much I want to bet no matter what I send them.

Hi, does anyone know how to find a current Pinnacle Agent? If not maybe how to become one myself? If all else fails does anyone even have a contact there? Thanks in advance!

    Thanks Ferrari355.

I'm guessing that is what Ontario wants them to do if unemployed.

It does also sound like you can show proof of wealth and get more normal limits back though.

i dont get it i have 5 figures in several sites currently in Ontario.... have around 3k in pinny. think i deposited $4500 once it went live in ontario. The only question ever asked of me was my occupation which i did not put the correct answer.

Never had a problem. I barely use them anymore.

Check out pointsbet u can get a daily booster which equates to pinnacle odds sometimes better. Or look into cloudbet and stake odds almost equally as good u can get crypto easily through newton to deposit crypto sites.

It’s clear to me now that me putting retired as employment is bothering them. They might be under strict rules not to take senior citizens last remaining nest egg. I should of just put a job.

Ironically I want to use Pinnacle because of their higher betting limits lol

Barely use them since opening in Ontario probably explains it.

100% it’s because I put retired upper management straight out told me now. It’s respectable they are trying to protect their customers but it’s screwing me right now.

If so which ones are the best out there? Also how do they work? For example what do they charge to be the middleman? Thanks in advance.
