He served TWO YEARS after an ILLEGAL prosecution; the previous prosecutor had agreed
to NEVER USE any evidence from the civil cases. A headline-hunting prosecutor later decided
to break that promise, an act which was ruled to be illegal.
NO, that's not just my opinion. It's the opinion of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
