What are your reasons for fading or tailing this play?

Fading, because eagles are the better team. Chicago offense is mainly the pass which eagles have good corners for that. One dimensional teams don't usually win unless you Peyton.,

Straight from NFL.com
"The Philadelphia Eagles downgraded Asante Samuel on their injury report Saturday, saying the Pro Bowl cornerback will not make the trip to Chicago for Sunday's game against the Bears."
So they will be missing their best CB tomorrow tho. Not saying this changes anything just saying to your point they are down one of their strongest if not their strongest defensive player tho

The Bears have only lost 1 game this year by 3.5 or more points. That's 9-1 vs a 3 point spread. Eagles have injuries, it's cold, windy and a grassy field. It will slow Vick down and Peppers will be in his face chasing him around.

Honestly, I'm laying off this one. If I had a gun to my head, it would be under 42.5.
If the Bears can't stop Vick and the Eagles offense, then nobody can. It's amazing to me that nobody has figured out how to contain Vick yet. Should be interesting to see how Lovie and the Bears coaching staff attack this game.

Bears +3...Hopefully Cutler doesn't become a liability throwing int's. Also, like the under 42 as well.

Bears win this SU. This is a statement game where they have to show They belong. Also, earlier this year Lovie used Vegas' line as a motivation when the Bears were dogs vs. Carolina. I'm certain he will play that same card here (no respect @ home)

Interesting angle. I tend to agree. I had to look up how Vick has done versus the Bears in the past. He's 1-3.
They key game to look at is December 18, 2005. Both teams were in playoff contention with Vick coming to Chicago where the Bears won 16-3. Vick was 13-32 0TD 2INT 122Yards for a 25.8 rating. This game seemed to mark a turning point with Vick taking the Falcons to the NFC Championship game the year previous and had the Falcons in the running until he ran into the Bears which sent his career into a downward spiral. Can it happen again?
The key, for me, is that the Bears D is looking better than I've ever seen it, including their Super Bowl year. Maybe a more mature Vick will be able to take what Chicago gives him and win a 13-10 type of game. Either way, taking the points seems like a gift here.
