I think part of the problem here is gamblers of the same ilk as G really don't get it.
I have lost 10 consecutive wagers 7 different times in my gambling career. I once lost 22 in a row and only broke that streak because I called my book and said give me $10 on every dog. True story. But here I am, in the game for 15+ years, haven't been bust in over 10+ years and grinding out profits and learning ways to improve everyday. I can't believe where I am now as far as knowledge compared to where I was 2 years ago. It truly is incredible.
When I have time I may go through all my posted plays on here cause it will be a winning record. But you have to understand that if I posted every thing I played it would reduce my edge long term.
Anyone saying they have never had a losing streak is a fukkin liar. So to go 3-10 means very little to me. If you don't understand beating the closing number, the value of even a half point or betting the smallest of edges to produce profit over 1,000s of bets then you should do your best to at least learn the reasoning behind it.
2 other things you should keep in mind is that this may not be the only forum I post on, and if my BTP is 22-14 when I am forced to play 4 games, which is sometimes too many, what is my record look like when I can be selective.
i don't care if you're up a million, i will never consider someone who lost 22 games in a row a good capper or gambler.
