News Flash - animals and humans are different. Get over it. P.S. I assure you that have read many more books than you as I actually have an education.
Come back and regurgitate some brain-scalding shit about whatever you managed to type out again.
The process of hanging or drowning a dog isn't sick at all, no, of course not. I suppose though that I'd have to back that up with peer-reviewed articles as well to help you make the leap from scoffing to actually thinking.
Reading is fundamental.
Oh, man, I hope I racked up some more cred points with this thread, because that was my whole point.
Right? Fvck dogs.

[Back Room Benny The Jew ]Handicapper Brooklyn NYC [9-2-0] is forecasting a close game with the Chicago Bears winning 42% of simulations, and the New York Giants 58% of simulations. In close games, turnover margin is especially important. The Chicago Bears commit fewer turnovers in 31% of simulations and they go on to win 75% when they take care of the ball. The New York Giants wins 73% of the simulations in which they commit fewer turnovers. Jay Cutler is averaging 252 passing yards per sim. If he can have a great game with better than average passing yards and at least a 2 to 1 TD to INT ratio (23% chance) then he helps his team win 58%. Ahmad Bradshaw is averaging 76 rushing yards per sim. If he can have a great game with better than average rushing yards and at least a 1 rushing TD (30% chance) then he helps his team win 81%. SPREADS / TOTALS: Current Point Spread is NYG -4 --- Over/Under line is 42.5 Chicago Bears + 4

Even though he was convicted of other offenses, his animal cruelty behavior IMO had everything to do with his sentence. So the guys are not retarded for mentioning it.
This media in this country are who get away with too much. They ruin lives; It's(the media) very liberal. All of this = Rome is Dying.
And he is one hell of a player.

Millionare? Vick is a dumb fucker and blew through all of his money? You missed that part about him? Seems like the dumb fucker vick lovers missed a lot of the evil things he did. They are a bunch of ignorant pricks to support that fucker. I hope some crazy fan puts justice into his own hands and eliminates vick out of the gene pool.

The few posters here who automatically take issue with my writing, considering that it's of a person who considers that they are better than others: You're at an impasse.
I don't know what to convey to you after all that's been written if you think that's the nature of the wording.
Too verbose, wordy, "confusing", etc...
These are all basic components of writing that shouldn't even be glaring so as to be noticed. This is an issue that you may have to work out yourself.
Yes, "everyone" disagrees, because most that are in opposition keep talking about rape, murder and essentially everything that has no logical association with the subject at hand.
I guess that's a diatrob (seriously, what the fvck?) that's already been beaten to death though.

I agree I haven't looked through the thread but I can say Dante Stallworth killed a man hitting him while drunk driving and gets suspended only one season. Little to no jail time. He is back in the NFL isn't he. Not the same but players get DUIs and DWIs all the time and receive little to nonrepercussions.

i think that the point that you're making (and probably correctly) is that penalties for state law violent crimes like murder, rape, manslaughter aren't as tough as the penalties for federal crimes (e.g., running interstate gambling operations/racketeering). i'll submit that perhaps the problem is that penalties under and enforcement of state laws are not as tough as their federal counterparts. i don't think that the solution is watering down penalties under federal law. would you like to have seen Bernie Madoff get a lighter sentence even though he didn't rape or kill anyone or commit some other violent crime? he still completely ruined thousands of lives. the way to advance a lawful society is not to lower the bar across the board. the solution is to give Donte Stallworth more jail time, rather than Vick less (though to be fair, Stallworth's crime was never intentional but rather negligent/reckless, and his sentence was based in part upon the victim's contributory negligence - he ran right in front of the car; intentional crimes always have been and always will be judged more harshly).
that said, i agree that Vick has paid his debt to society and should no longer be penalized to his past crimes. i won't be rooting for him, but it will have nothing to do with his crimes. for a guy with his talents, at this age, he's an astonishingly mediocre passer/reader of defenses. and please, don't respond that he'd be more advanced if not for his time in prison. he earned that, and given that he is one of the most athletically gifted QBs in NFL history, the lack of progress he's made as a passer is pretty appalling. he could be one of the best QBs in history, and is simply a serial underachiever. nothing to respect here.

that's the difference between a crime based upon momentarily negligence (and where the victim was also at fault - he ran right in front of the car) as compared the intentional crime of running an interstate gambling ring for years. also, Stallworth's victim's family asked for the lighter sentence in exchange for a cash settlement. there's a confidentiality agreement in place, so we'll never know the details, but know that his family accepted a large sum of money in exchange for acquiescing to less jail time for Stallworth. if the victim's family was ok with the penalty, i think i'm okay with it (although on the surface, you're right - 30 days for manslaughter seems way too little).
If pit bulls are raised correctly, as any dog, then there will not be problems like this.
Furthermore, to imply that cases of pit bulls injuring or killing people warrants their torture-killing is ridiculous.

I think the feeling is pit bulls were bred with bad intentions. My sympathy lies more with the Babism that are killed for sport first and food second.its funny how people pretend not to be aware this has been a primary use for pit bulls at least the last 100 yeARS if not much longer

No one is pretending. Well, at least, I'm not.
As it pertains here, to include this information in any slight attempt at exonerating the meticulous torture-killing of those dogs is absolutely uselss.
I'm not saying that you are, but I know that's why the guy with the professional wrestler in his avatar must've cleverly brought it up.
If those animals are brought up in that environment, and raised accordingly, then, of course, they'll be dangerous.
Maybe if you were at those dog fighting events you wouldn't have made this thread..

i cant believe what i see on here. instead of picking some crimes where the punishment wasnt too harsh how bout we look at the crimes and hope they fit what they are commited in the first place. i mean if a lady left her kids in the car and she dont get no punishment then that isnt right and the punishment should be who knows 30 years in jail or whatever it may be. and if micheal vick killed dogs then 3 years is a justible punishment. he killed animals who have feeling does a dog feel sad lonely and happy the answer is your damn right he does. animals are sole mates to millions and the fact that a football player yes a damn football player even thinks about these things is appauling. thats a sick mind for any human being and for someone with as much talent and hope in his future to kill an animal is just rediculouly sickning. the other crimes listed should of had way harsher punishments but 3 years for killing a mans best friend is definatly right and maybe punishments should get harsher in this country and killing animals is harsh eneough to get 3 years while making millions still and coming right back in football. i have not one sympathy for this man. hes a great player payed his well deserved dues and life goes on. being able to play football again is a blessing so next time a football player or any athlete wants to commit a type of crime they better understand that your future can be in jepordy. im so disgusted by people sticking up for him. its not like he has to be put in a cage and seen if he can survive. jail is jail but micheal vicks jail scenarios were of course tampered with. he probly had someone by his side everyday. and even if he had the roughest times he better understand that when your caught up in fame you better be careful. some people may have got off with less punishment for their crime but that dont take away that those crimes needed harsher reality and vicks was spot on. if those other punishments were all justified correctly then vicks would make sense. so in other words dont lower your standards for crimes cause some fell short of the system. besides also if people are going to say stuff like your right but its a dog a pit bull and stupid shit how bout you just look at the millions of people who have pit bulls as pets and see if there all the same. they dont all kill kids. the stupid remarks in this forum are utterly rediculous. he had no right to kill animals and had such a bright future. he screwed up not the 3 years not the poor helpless animals but micheal vick. it is what it is. he screwed up! hey hes a great player and i hope the best for him.
