By the way, the reason you need to keep a record is to prove you can hit 70%. How do you know you are hitting 70% if you are not keeping track of your wins and losses? Are you going to go 80 wins and 55 losses and still claim 70% because you're not keeping track? If you hit 70%, and don't keep track how will anybody even know it... because you said so?

People on here will go out of their way to try and piss you off. They did it to me with hockey picks, and though I stopped for other reasons (people I work with never wanted them posted in the first place), I did a good job ignoring them. Put my picks in for the day without even looking at replies, and moved on. The points people gave me was evidence enough that enough people were liking them and making money.

A good number of posters here don't even bet. On top of that, many tailers on here are not only leeches, but insist you track everything to the decimal and tie everything up in a bow for them, so they can get their picks and get out in under 5 seconds. You're right to tell them all to screw off, but you're gonna drive yourself mad if you keep letting it bother you.

Best way to show them up is to stick it out and do what you set out to do. We're still in preseason, and they're already breaking you down. Not looking good. I wish you the best though, this will be quite something if you can just manage to stay around.

i see many posters have units won and notthere actual records......like they make a 5 better unit bet and a 3 reg bet unit bet and a best 10 unit bet,,,,so if they go lets say 3-2 for the week with there 10 unit or star bet winning they insure having a record that looks good on paper by saying wewon are 10 unit play and the other plays we all 3 units so if they go 3-2 they had 6 units loser 6units and 10 units winner for a +10 unit week.......now when i see someone up 10 units i think they went 10 games over 500 like 20wins and 10 losses in plays.....but most on here have the star system or units,,,,,,,,is it a bogus record to post more units won then your actual record,,,in wins and losses....i was just wandering does the hilton contest do it that way.......does any contest do it that way,,,,,,,,or only cappers that want to show more units won there there actual record...the reason i ask can have record of 15 games to the plus for the whole year and call that a great record,,,,regardless of how many games i pick......can i now say i am up 79 units.....

someone who picks 56% which is reasonable and is up 80 units over a season...by playing more than 1 unit per game consistently, and being selective with plays
or someone with an imaginary 70%+ hit rate and is only up 60 units playing huge amounts of games with huge amounts of risk?

Because not everyone plays games for the same amounts. If he is up more units it's because he wagered more on the winners. As long as you post what you are wagering with the current line then there will be no problems. Good luck.
