I'm not on here looking for any drama, I cap NFL very well. 3rd place in the Hilton last year. 4 & 7 th place finish's in other contests. Maybe MR NFLwins isn't all that, and maybe he is. I've been making systems, formulas and collecting info a long time. If I can find one small item out of everything he has, what the heck. I'll try it.

hey nice to see acapper,,,,3rd place not bad....was it fun,,,i have never ever played in a contest do you to pick every game on the board.......do you have to pick them by friday midnight,,,,,,,i need to wait that would be my problem i guess i would do allright i really dont know if i had to pick them really early i just dont know... but congrats on 3rd place are you in it again this year....so what do you look at ...stat wise are you into yardage per point what is the nfl avg about 15.6 yds per point......i have been working on something that looks really good with yardage factors.....well if you want to talk ball anytime,,,,i think some stuff we can both learn from each other...let me know......nice a

The fun was going to Vegas and entering, you have to show up and fill out the paperwork. I had a proxy submit my picks. Collecting the CASH, and the 7 day stay was excellant. The contest itself, you pick 5 games against the spread only, no totals. Picks have to be in by Saturday morning. The lines from the Hilton come out on Tuesday for the contest. They don't change, the whole team could end up on IR, they don't move. Contest is nerve racking. I break down the teams from the coaches to the special teams, not using 1 method but yes yppt, as you know the lower the yppt the better. New Englands had a off the wall yppt, 2 years ago, right around 12 something I think.

I have a programmer that does all the numbers for me. Yes I think I know what you're speaking of when regarding symbols. I'm kind of old school, I use a lot of paper and references for other stat's and other formulas I've come up with. You and I both know, if it were all about the numbers everyone would be 50-0

To bad you cant use totals......these are some totals i got from the wise guys i know,,,for week 1 in the reg season ,,,,,,,,they are all buying the hook on each game,,,,,under 38 on miami....over 42.5 bears....under 38 tampa bay it iswhatitis.....they are real good this group i have known them for ever the best there is.

I think Leroys contest in Vegas you can use totals, I think you pick 7 games a week. Buy in for that contest is, don't quote me but I heard like 2500.00. The Hilton is 1500.00. All money gets paid back, winner I think gets 40%. I missed 1st place last year by 1.5 points. The difference between 1st and 3rd place money. 196,000.00 to 39,000.00. I should mention, I myself am a tout as well. The guy that won the HILTON, the last 2 years in a row is a tout. Imagine winning two years in a row. Seems you can do both, cap games and wager on them for yourself and sell the picks. I have a handful of high roller guys, these guys only want the best 1-2 picks per week. Got to treat them with kid gloves

I looked at last years yppt for both the cards at #10 and the Titans were #15. I don't think the cards will crack the top 15 this year. Lineart, not where he needs to be, not sure he can get there. Young should improve again this year. BTW, this kid needs to start thinking.

Let me correct that 63% is the best season i have ever have and it was the 07 season, im usually in the high 50's. 70% is reachable, but you have to be very select and i would say play about 25-30 games for the year! Im usually playing about 5-7 plays a week, so ill take 60 % of those plays! GL FBT

Stick to the capping, and take my advice and put all your plays in one thread when you are done with your picks. People will follow if you make it easy for them to follow. It was only a bit of constructive criticism nflwins. You will need to have a thick skin around here.

this is a official play tonight,,,,,,the cards and the titans tonight will play there 2nd game of the pre-season........this what i see the cards were basically notplaying football in the 1st half being down 16-0 after just watching the game i saw lienart look not to bad,,,,,,,,,but there defense was awul,,,,,,,looked like i could have thrown the ball on them.....houston missed out on many red zon oppertunity's where they could have blown out this team,,,,,,in the second half the vards in the 4th qt scored 3 touchdowns to win 19 to 16,,,,,,,,,,tenn played to a hostile seattle crowd coming back to cover the spread,,,,,,,but out of the gate tenn looked excellent moving the ball cs seattle ,,,,,,,,,i loook for tenn to cover tonight -4 i dont see the cards coming back in th second half being on the road.......and this coaches road record in pre-season is not good for the cards....lay the the 4 and good luck and may all your spreads cover the spread.

this week i will have a teaser key like last weeks steeler's just so most of you know my % in hitting my teaser keys was over 85 % last year some say i should just play those,,,,,,but last year in the nfl.......i had 27 teaser keys and i hit 24 of them so the crazy part is 19 covered the spread without the tease..but i will have anywhere from 1 or 2 keys a week.........dont tease in college football why the avg score each yr in colllege from 1960 to the present is around 19 points......if you look at eveyyear it maybe might change a 1/2 a point from year to year but it always seems to around 19 points the average winner in college so dont tease college it is to volatile has the numbers prove.......but teasing in the nfl has great advantage with division home dogs,,,,,, division home dogs are proven to be the best bet teasing % wise......also certain teams that have moneyline situations bets like the steelers did saturday is also very good in teasing down to even or +1 or 2........but thru out the year you will see all of what i just spoke of in my plays.......

not at all your one of the few who talks about football i always welcome you you on this post....like i say i am looking forward to seeing your aproach to picking your games i am always looking to learn from pro's like your self........it is the guys that come on here and have nothing to say about ball that seem to get under my skin they all seem to be so negative in there outlook i guess thats why it is hard for them to concive hittting 70 %,,,,,,,they dont understand with hard work and the proper tools you can beat the book at that % is it easy not at all .........but like i said i work hard at this and spend lots of maoney with programmmers that i give info to to find what works and what does not work........i will show you some stuff i have recently found on the field stats that have been hittting over 75 % over the last 5 years i have around 400 games in this system that have been looking reallly good it will be runnning after the 1st week weeek 2 this system will start i also have a rollling system that hits 68 % for week one over the past 10 yrs thats i will be using also........but like i said you are always welome ITISWHATITIS ........2nd half the middlers took the cards at a pick who had tenn for the game-4....so now they have +7 and -4.......... not a bad middle

i have to tell all of you betting ..pre-season football......can be like holding on to a rope covered in butter,,,,,,hanging on to games when you have the lead fell like this,,,,,i should win tonight's game....but i like having sandy koufax for 8 innings and now you have manny parra coming in.........when all of the players that played so well to get that lead are no longer in well it makes it very nervracking..... but with a 21 point lead we should be ok......
