I'm hearing that Farve is now saying he will play if he is healthy.

I am not hearing this from a news source though, so take it as a grain of salt.

This is true. Favre just doesn't want to be part of training camp he wants to sign a contract late August to be ready for the Regular season. He will play this year if he is healthy that is all there is to it.
