My reasons may not be the most compelling (I'm not going to be making a large bet on this game) but here they are:

1) Buck Pierce - I like him as a QB and now that he has had a start he should be much improved.

2) I've seen how inconsistent Calgary has been - getting clobbered in Toronto, then beating Toronto, two weeks ago beating Edmonton on the final play of the game, losing in Montreal.

There is zero doubt in my mind who the better team is, BC easily, they have lost two in a row and are getting points. Since I bet Edmonton -4 over Hamilton last week and lost by two (Hamilton made a FG with 2 minutes left and Edm didn't answer), I'd much rather get the points than give them, at least in a close game I won't have to worry about the clock.

I'm sticking to my pick BC +2.5.

I like Sask in the other game but won't lay the 6.5 it's too many to give.

Yea, BC is looking good, calgary's defence is suspect.
I think I'm on the right play here with BC +2.5. lots of game left to play though, c'mon Lions!!
