+1, agreed. Except Romo is also super young. And I think his playoff failures are exaggerated. That first year against Seattle he played well, they were the better team, he fumbled a hold for crying out loud, he shouldn't even have been the holder anyway. The 2nd year he played the Giants who sacked him about 20x and went on to win the Superbowl. Especially at the QB position u gotta give these guys time to grow up and earn respect and learn to lead.
