They gave Shanahan full control , executive vice president of football operations. With possibly no salary cap for 2010 and Snyders deep pockets it could be a real quick turn around. Their defence just needs to be on the field less and could be a top 5 unit. A completly different o-line will be their only challenge.Comment -
