He has to be the dumbest coach in the NFL...

Bears 1st and 10 at 21...43 seconds on the clock...1 time out...

Any other coach goes for more yards or play for a TD.

Bears take a knee to run the clock down and take a 41 yars FG in the wind...

FG wide left....
