REFEREES are %#%# cheaters/dummies #1 reason why right here
We all know it's not the easiest thing to do. WATCH AND REFEREE a sporting event. It's not easy to tell what happened, and watch the entire play. YES, we all know it happens so fast. Did the foot stay in bounds, did it hit the ground, blah blah blah blah.

BUT, and this leads to #1 reason why refs are cheaters/dummies.

Because as you saw about 6 times in todays football games. From Buff/NYJ 3 times in 5 minutes. Dall/NYG had 2 moments, Atl/TB had a big issue, and Baltimore/Pittsburgh is another one. There were a few more on the schedule that had issues.

#1 reason is simple. A referee makes a decission suggesting he SAW SOMETHING, and then not following up his decission and taking a flag. It has nothing to do with being human, or the eye can't catch the small and fast things. It's simply that particular person continuing to make mistakes in a way it's clearly wrong. BAD DECISSION ON HIS OWN DECISSION?

Like spotting a ball when he runs to the placement, and then puting the ball off his right foot.

Calling pass interference, and then changing his mind, for no reason. No it wasn't a tipped pass. He saw something, but now he remembers something else happened.

Holding on special teams. **** REF, every ****ing play has holding, give it up already!! if it's not blatent, or decides on the play, then forget about it.

REFS need to be graded and kicked out of the league after mistakes. No i'm not talking about misreading if it was a complete or incomplete pass. It's the basis of reffing and keeping control of the game. Many refs today can't do it. And we fans pay big time.

refs are going to make mistakes just like players are going to drop passes or fumble in key times of the game. The problem is with us fans (or bettors). We sit there and watch a game and then when a ref messes up a call we blame them. Instead of looking back on the whole game and seeing that our team could have won the game on numerous other plays along the way.

For instance, I saw so many bitching up a storm about the call in the Steeler game yesterday about whether that was a touchdown or not. Well, although it was a close play and whether you think he was in or not, the Ravens who think they are so great on defense let a pathetic Steeler offense drive 91 yards on them in the final 2 minutes. If Ray Lewis and his croneys would just stop flapping they gums and talking about how great they are and play football they wouldn't have had to worry about the game coming down to that play. They had a chance to stop the Steelers on any play, all the way down the field and didn't. That final play could have went either way and no matter if you made money or lost money on that play you can look at that replay and see that a part of that ball was touching the white line because he didn't ever bobble the catch. He made a solid catch and then it was up to the refs.

When gambling, you have to know before you even book your bet that you can lose or win money on random calls in any game, just as one of your favorite players can either make a big time play to help you cash or fumble and cost you money. You have to take the good with the bad. That is why it is called gambling.

How about the Dallas game. They called PI on Dallas - then changed it to PI on the Giants. Here is my problem: The guy who threw the flag clearly saw PI Dallas, whether right or wrong he made the call. Nobody else threw a flag stating PI NY. When the three got together and they showed the play on the trinitron the crowd booed. The proper thing to do at this time would be to pick up the flag and say, there was no foul on the play. If this happened the Giants still would have had a first down because S. Smith made the reception.

Instead they totally reverse the call and now claim PI NY Giants, which we all know was the correct call, but never the call made on the field. This call was the TURNING POINT of the game.

      What a fuc$ing joke!

        "Atl/TB had a big issue"

What happened in this game? I watched it but dont recall anything fishy. If your refering to the Jason Radar fumble on the 1 yard line, I thought that was a good call...and I had ATL -3 so I was pissed.
