How long does it take for a winning parlay to be approved?
I've hit a few 3 team parlays that usually clear within a few hours. Last night I hit a 6 team 76-1 parlay betting NBA,NHl and MLB all money lines and it hasn't been cleared after 16 hours. Should I be worried or is this standard?

What book you're referring here? and have you tried contacting their live chat to know the cause of delay?
