    Hedging question on future bet.
I have three futures to win their region, or advance to the final four still alive. I have $100 invested in all three, and do not want to walk away losing money on these. So I'm asking what is the best way to hedge. I have Baylor +550, Louisville +600, and Fla +1500. Should I hedge on games or hedge by betting other futures on the other teams winning the region?
    Thanks in advance!

I would let them ride as is for the futures. 2 of 3 have a real chance of cashing and will even if only one comes in you are up either way. If you try and hedge and one of 3 hits and none of the others do then you have added to the loss amount by adding un needed bets. If UF and Louisville win their next games then you are set up nicely. Baylor is hot enough right now they can make a solid run of it as well.
If you want to hedge. Bet straight up on the individual games not anymore futures. My humble opinion for what it is worth. BOL either way

Always a tough call. Makes sense to hedge against Baylor IMO because you're going to get a dog ML w/Xavier so you're not eating up too much by taking it for say $50. If Baylor wins, you only lose small and then have to figure out what to do in the Regional Final. If Xavier wins, you probably end up making a couple bucks over your original investment.

Louisville and Florida are tough calls. I would tend to say let them ride because both are in winnable match-ups. If you added a future, I think the only smart one would be to add Michigan State because if they do advance - whomever they face is going to offer you an underdog price in the Regional Final whether it's Florida or Marquette. Obviously with Florida, you wouldn't need to hedge anything if that winds up being the match-up.

I think it is to early for you to start to hedge two games away, if anything you probably will end up losing more money. The time to hedge will be the elite 8 games, and with those teams I think at least baylor will be playing in the elite 8 and you have a good shot that one of the other two will as well. You really need them to be playing someone that is a dog so that you can get value on the money line, but both Louisville and Florida are the dogs so you would have to lay alot of juice to hedge the bet. You should just let it ride out another round and hpoe for the best.

Both Louisville and Florida are tough games but at this time of year any team can win.
