Nice little A-10 matchup going on this afternoon, as the Minutemen take on the Explorers in Philly.
The main thing I noticed about this game right off the get-go: According to statfox's power rating, which usually correlates well with the betting lines as long as I've used them, this game is off by 5 points. La Salle should be favored by 10 points.
La Salle has won their last 10 at home; this is UMass's 1st road game in over a month.
UMass employs full-court pressure on defense; LaSalle uses 4 guards most of the time, all capable of handling the basketball. I see easy buckets and a lot of open 3's in LaSalle's future.
The line had some RLM early on this morning, but it looks like it's heading back to LaSalle-5 to -5.5.
Last year LaSalle beat UMass by 21 points at home. I see another double-digit home victory for the Explorers.
Anybody else got some thoughts?
