And you'll just about break even, why do you think they make that info available and not the actual money bet, which is way more important. Reverse line movement is no secret to anyone, but the one fact people dont realize is that lines move not only because of money but because the book simply chooses to move the line, most of the time because of information theyve received.

I hear what you're saying about reverse line movements. Yes, we don't know how much money is spread across the board. But if you analyze the Spread, ML O/U and exclude the sides. Let's say the public is loading up on a game, in every direction, there is generally one of the 3 potential bets that the book absolutely needs to hit. They usually expose that bet protecting it with a line movement.
