I actually give Patty a lot of credit for not rising to the bait as well as settling a lot of his outstanding stiffjobs recently. He even said he's finally looking for a job again after many years of unsuccessful attempts at being a pro gambler. What's not to applaud there?

The fact is, though, that threads like this exist to fulfill attention-seeking impulses, so who are these ball-lickers to insist that only sugar-coated applause be posted here? Attention is attention, replies are replies, so what's the gripe?
