                  ________________

                  amazing...a bad sub-40% run (just 22 of 56 plays)...all flat-betting 1 unit with no chasing...and you're actually UP 3.4 units and still have a yield of 5%

from the spreadsheet i know your long-term strike-rate is just under 50% (and your yield is a super 13%)...so a sick run is due...

just ignore the OWUs (oxygen-wasting-units) who post only to rattle your cage (i'd suggest a policy of never responding TO them directly...altho' talking ABOUT them, from the angle of "pest control" is ok)...

Fitguy, a couple questions for you:

Patty has 441 plays on his spreadsheet (minus the 15 plays he deleted from this spreadsheet and the 222 plays he deleted from his earlier patvenditto.mysbrforum.com/spreadsheet), and that's enough for you to suck him off on a gambling forum for his picks? How do you know these results aren't just a fluke and that your money won't end up just buying blow and strippers for your bookies like Pat's post-up money does? I'm not saying that his most recent results are unsustainable, but when his long-term results (real money plays over 5+ years losing tens of thousands of dollars) are so much worse than his short-term results (441 plays on the most recent iteration of his SBR spreadsheet generating an astounding 59% ROI) I think a reasonable man would be much more cautious about attaching so much importance to them. Do you know something that the rest of us don't, or are you a victim to having only been on the forum for a year and not privy to the long-term history of some of your idols?

Also, do you do any handicapping of your own? I see you here and there on the forum, always looking for somebody else to do the hard work of posting winners (for which you seem to gladly offer an e-ball washing service, which is very sweet) but never offering any insight of your own. Don't you feel this leaves you very vulnerable to the naturally fluctuating work ethic of the 'cappers that you live and breathe for? Are you able to win on your own or are you at the mercy of the best handicappers you can find for free online?

Sorry to be so confrontational, but after 5+ years on the forums, I've developed a progressively shorter fuse for those who: a) want other people to do the heavy lifting for them, and b) who don't bring anything to the table themselves. I'd be happy to learn that you fit neither of these categories under further scrutiny, though. Happy One Year SBR Anniversary, too; you rub me the wrong way but at least you articulate a position and generate some discussion.
