Watching a Texas blowout of A&M tonight was very enjoyable since I was on the Texas side. Other than that Bob Knight just makes the game even better from a listening stand point. Each possession is its own battle to him and his breakdown of the game is very insightful. Great to see that ESPN actually has a guy like this to counteract loudmouth Dickie V, flip flopping Jay Bilas and Jimmy Dykes who repeats himself 10 times throughout the course of a game.
A dream commentating duo for myself would have Gus Johnson along side Bob Knight but Bobby would probably have to tell Gus to calm down quite a bit during the game. Not sure how that dynamic would work out.
Just curious who are some of you guys favorite announcers? Seems to be a lot more bad than good this day and time with the number of games that must be covered.
