Houston is only rated 195th by Pomeroy, Tulsa is rated 85th. His ratings have Tulsa winning by 6 at Houston.

Houston only has one win vs. a team ranked better than 165th! (UCF - 55th)

I feel like Tulsa is the better team but I don't really know what to make of them. They are so up and down.

Tulsa beat Stanford, UAB, and Missouri State. They also played Wichita State and UNLV pretty tight.

Tulsa has also gotten pounded by a garbage Arizona State team.

Who knows. I wouldn't bet this game.
