This Louisville game is a complete aberration.


Butler now has a target on their back, and Louisville came in very motivated to beat them.

As a handicapper I made a mistake in not seeing that angle.

But Butlers history Out of Conference speaks for itself, and dont let this "ONE" game fool you.


Butler is a legit team, but they ran into a buzzsaw tonight.

The time to bet Butler was the last 4 years when not everyone in the world knew about How great they supposedly are.

I think you can look back at any 4 year period of any sport and find a team that did well during those 4 years. That doesnt guarantee that they are a good bet this year otherwise winning would be easy.

Fact is, the more people that are on a teams bandwagon the worse the lines for that team are going to be.

Im not trying to be an ass or piss on your parade but the fact that they may have gone 15-4 SU last 4 years doesnt really mean a thing. I mean they could go 15-4 SU in their next 19 and only be 4-15 ATS during the same 19 as they will be favored in some ofthose games.

Not to mention, you say Louisville came in very motivated to beat them, what makes you think every team wont be motivated to beat the NCAA Champion runner ups ?
