As an ex employee I can tell you we didnt identify by bet volume we identified irresecptive of what stake was by the clients success. We didnt like winning bettors period. A client who consistently won was limited to £5 max bets in effect paralysing them. Whilst I don't work there anymore I can tell you that this client will be flagged very quickly.

1-5% is a big spread, and they don't make up 5% at recreational books. Why would they want winning customers business? What is in it for them? They don't run rounded books. Why would they send you $20? Presumably they think your betting patterns indicate you will hit the wall.
You've heard it here from a former employee that they effectively close winning accounts. Their business plan isn't built on sustaining winners. Recreational books will even close accounts for following certain tipsters. Glad you're doing well. Make hay while the sun shines.

I got kicked off betus . com about 6 years ago during MLB season right before the playoffs. I had a beautiful run in the 2nd half of the season. Up until that point, I would never withdraw more than $700-$800 at a time, and at most once a month. A lot of months, I didn't withdrawal at all. In fact many months I would actually put another $100 or $200 in.
What I'm trying to impress upon you is I was a very average bettor at best, and I suppose all the "patterns" indicated that I would lose long term. Whatever. I'm fine with that. I work for living and gamble for fun, not the other way around.
So when I started killing it, it NEVER crossed my mind that I would get shut down. I thought that the streak would end any day and I'd be back to my regular habits soon. Just to be safe, I'd try to never keep more than about $1000 in there, ONLY because I had heard bad stories. Didn't think for a second I was "that guy".
Bunch of courier DHL checks. Paying their absurd fees each time. And then I get frozen up. Called customer service for like 2 months bitching and complaining. Didn't help my cause any because I was livid with them. But wouldn't you be? I never cheated. I never did anything wrong. I just got lucky for a little while and they got shitty with me.
So yeah, now I'm 100% paranoid. But I can say 5dimes has been really good to me.Comment -
