The line I saw last night was Cavs -11.5 and now it is at -10.5. The public clearly thinks the line is too high... but the public is most often wrong. I am going to wait and see if this drops to 10, in which cause I will be in. I am on the Celtics, giving 2.5. Haven't been betting on NBA games so far this year so we'll see what happens.

Alright boys enough about last night. The lines for today are not yesterday's. Everybody get up and go to Denny's the grand slam breakfast is free today. And after your little bellies are full, I want you to come back to the thread with a resolve to get money for Tuesday's games, gabeesh? I have already dug a grave this evening (Monday) for my cat Eartha Kitt, who perished while we were gone to Reno. It appears that she was run over by a car. A neighbor found her and brought her to me after supper tonight. I received the body and I cleaned her up real good and summoned everyone that I know for the burial which will be tomorrow evening.

One thing I love about her was that every other day she would bring me a dead bird or a mouse or something in a recipricol fashion for her can of food. So I had no problem feeding her or brushing her fur. Styles and her were always at war, because she likes dogs and I like cats, but she had to give it up to her on her offering thing.

We got her when my oldest son was 3.5, and now he is 9.5, so we had a good amount of time with her. I will miss her dearly. I wrapped her up in silk that the children got for her from Michaels. And I crafted her a small coffin out of redwood and brass hinges and then I stained and clear coated it tonight (Monday). I am waiting for the gloss coat to dry right now and thinking of how she enriched our lives. She was jet black with a white spot just right there under her neck. Man I am gonna miss her terribly. Her grub bowl still sits outside my front door....I don't know what to do with it yet...

Hey CK ... sorry to bring this up again but I just got on the forum. I'm a huge pet lover and have gone through this a couple times myself. Hopefully the memories will overtake the pain. My mother, God Rest Her Soul, came up with one of the best and timely one liners when my childhood German Shepherd passed away. She said "From now on we get goldfish, everyone expects them to die". God Bless you and your family and I'm sorry for your loss.

I really like that Hous game, first Hous always plays Chi good as they are 4-1 ATS and 5-0 SU against them at home. Chi is on a 7 game road trip and this is their 5th game, they played very good early on and actually covered in all 4 games. But you really have to wonder when will all that travelling catch up.
Hou on the other hand is at home and well rested and is getting healthier every game.
I will bet against Chi in all of their 3 remaining games of the road trip.

Florida comes in this evening's game against the Cocks aware that they cannot take too many more losses before the SEC Tournament, or else they may give up their current number 1 seeding. With a loss to South Carolina already this year, this game will be a hotly contested one. What I like about the line for this game is that it isconsistent with the line for last year's game against the Cocks at home (8). South Carolina is nipping at the gator's heels in the standings so I think that Donovan's bunch will come out and steamroll the Cocks to send a message that they will avenge the loss to them earlier this year. This is a big game, and Donovan has been there and done that, with two National Championsips on his resume.

I looked at how South Carolina has gone 5-0 ats against the Gators and what I saw was the Gators go 4-1 straight up wih average winning margins of 7 points, and I also saw that they have enormous numbers against them which were -11 on average. So the ats record for South Carolina is a little misleading. Gainesville is a tough place to play. With revenge mixed in it may get out of hand. Florida has only one home loss, and have won the others by an average of 19 points.

With South Carolina coming off the big upset of Kentucky to get thier first road win in conference play (against 2 losses)it will b very difficult to summon up the same type of juice to even stay in the gym with Florida. I don't see this one as even being close.

no, the nuggets are 2-3 ats at home vs the spurs last 5 including 3 su losses. both home wins for the nuggets were by 13 and 3 pts

Love the fact that Maryland was the team that beat previously undefeated UNC at Chapel Hill last year. Also, don't think the Heels will let Duke outshine them in the "Who can beat Maryland worse contest?"
