Right click desktop -> properties. Select Settings Tab.

Screen resolution of 600x800 will make things look huge.

If its firefox then hold ctrl+the roller on your mouse (if you have one) to make it smaller.

That's about average. Make is smaller and see if that helps. Otherwise if its only in your browser you can use the method I descibed above although it may not make much senese. In FF you have to goto Tools->Options and under Content I think. There's a text size option. IE works a little differently and has a View->Text Size option.
