This line is screaming to take NYK +10 IMO. Pub has been pounding NYK as 9 point favorites, people are going to jump at NYK +10.

I really want to take MIA -10, but these TNT games seem to always play out weird. I would just have to think that a TNT game between two of the NBA's most popular team will come down to the last few possessions.

Maybe I've been reading too much of that Tim Donogahy book, but I just can't imagine this game being a blow out. But what do I know. NBA has been extremely unpredictable the past 2 weeks.

Line should be at about Miami -11.5 so there is some value on the heat....with that being said lets go knicks!!

I know books and vegas can never get "killed" on a single NBA game, but i'd imagine it would be a big hit if the Knicks won with the high ML value they'll have as a 10 point underdog.

There is a big difference. Books knew nobody would be on Nets spread, let alone Nets ML. A ton of people will be taking Knicks ML. Books are well aware that likely over 50% will be on Knicks ML.

I likely won't play this game for these reasons:

1. I'm on vacation, so I have no problem laying off a big game

2. Line screams to take NYK +10. I'm a bit surprised that the public is so split on this game, I was expecting a lot more to be on NYK. In that case, I'd normally take MIA -10, but these TNT games are so unpredictable, I have a hard time imagining this game not coming down to the last few possessions. This game will have huge ratings, and the NBA wants this game to be close. Maybe I'm reading too much of the Tim Donogahy book, but I'd be surprised if this game was a DD win by either team.

Because the difference between Heat-Knicks is way bigger than Knicks-Nets. I actually think it might be close in the end because it's a fukking TNT game. But I might take the Heat 1st quarter or half.

That's your reasoning?? The Nets won as 10 point dogs vs NY so now it's NYK's chance?? That makes no sense at all. Heat have been slaughtering every team eeven the Kings kept it close in the 4th quarter but still got blown out down the stretch. Heat aren't messing around.

How could you trust a team to cover against the HEAT when they just lost SU to New Orleans, and then New Jersey?
