ML Parlay
Bulls/Heat +155 (3x)
After yesterday's ML Parlay i've decided that i want to try it out a bit more when I see value and I think this is decent value here. I believe both the Bulls and the Heat will claim victories tomorrow however I'm not too comfortable taking the points. I think Rose will play for this game and the Bulls should dispose of the Celtics. Miami is an interesting one, the Hawks seem to be getting back some of their earlier form however they are the Hawks after all and are lacking in the C position. Wade needs to get going in this game, his production is essential for victory here.
Grizzlies -5.5 (1x)
I believe the Grizzlies should comfortably put away Utah at home tomorrow. Memphis have found some good form at home and will need good minutes from their bench players to get this cover over the Jazz who are currently on a 3 game slide. Rudy Gay should have no issues scoring, the issue is keeping Utah out of the paint, this will be key to the Grizzlies victory here.Comment -

Ellis/Curry cause trouble for all teams, today will be no exception. However the key to Golden State's victory will lie with David Lee getting going early. He should cause trouble for Houston if he stays out of foul trouble and plays good minutes it could spell trouble. Keeping the turnovers down will be something GSW will be working on and getting some productive minutes from their bigs will be key. As one of the highest assist per game teams in the league the Warriors must look to get people involved early and continue this throughout the game so they can withstand the runs that the Rockets are capable of.Comment -

hey mate, they are my second team in the afl, i have family on the gold coast and i am there at least once a year for some time...my team is Fremantle I live in Perth. I saw Gary A play for the first time in real life last year against the Dockers and I was amazed, you miss so much of his talent and skill when you see him play on the TV...I've also had a lot of luck with Gary as my avatar and I'm obsessive about jinxes and such...Who do you barrack for?Comment -
I live in sydney, have always and will always be a swannies fan. Ive also seen ablett play when i was in melbourne when he was with the cats, the guy is an absolute freak! just wanted to get your thoughts on the suns roster this year as im gearing up for the start of the afl season now. Will there be any improvement from last year? Same goes for freo, they had a shocker last year but to be fair they had a lot of injuries to deal with.Comment -
Ah, I love Sydney I was there through December had an absolute ripper of a time. Love the Swannies they got me my biggest AFL cash of the year, I went big on them against the Saints in the finals. Gary is the man, the way he evades tackles, positions himself in the ruck and his game awareness is second to none. I'm also gearing up to make some solid predictions for the AFL season. As far as the Suns go I think it safe to say they overachieved last year and took advantage of a horrible Port Adelaide. With all these new recruits it's obvious they will eventually work it out and start being really competitive but I fear that is still awhile off. I think they will be second last to the Giants, I got a lot of value from playing their first half lines against middle of the range teams the Suns seemed to stay with them early then get run out of steam in the second half. I think they will struggle to win again but there are bound to be upsets.
The Dockers are in a tricky situation, the good is that they have their players back and I strongly believe if we were healthy a top 8 position last year would have been easily attainable. This year I would say top 8 is a certainty however with the new coach and his defensively minded state of play I think Freo might take some time getting used to it. That been said I think they have the players to make the 8 they have many threats and Ballantyne in the midfield could be genius. I'm interested to see how Pav is played but if it invovles him kicking goals in the forward line look out. I'm making a big play on Freo to make the 8 but half of that is my love for the team. The Day started off horribly, with the Bulls losing. Not much they could do, if Rose was playing it was a winner. Heat maybe simple work of the Hawks. I think they will wallop the Bucks too. Grizzlies got smashed, Utah definitely found something on the road for once. Day was saved by GSW, who i've been watching closely this season they have played some great ball just collapsed in the 4th. They seemed to get this under control.

Glad you enjoyed your time here. I really dont know what to expect from the suns this year. I'll most likely stay away from their games as i did last year. be interesting to see how much respect, if any they get from the books here after their suprise season last year. Personally, I dont expect them to improve on last years record. Gary Ablett will go down as one of the all-time greats.
As for freo, i think ross lyon will coach well there. I think Pavlich is most dangerous when hes up forward, cant really see him playing anywhere else for an extended period of time. Sandilands is a beast in the ruck, theres no one that can stop him other than maybe dean cox. I think freo will definitely finidh top 8, and a slight top 4 chance.then again i said they were a strong top 8 chance last yr. I think Hawthorn will take the next step and play in this years grand final, as much as i dislike them.

Kornes is a tagger and Port a rubbish so can't see him topping it. Boomer will spend more time forward than he ever has this year and Carrots is almost a tagger exclusively as well. Dees will improve and Moloney spending most of his time in the guts surely he wins this.Comment -

I think Orlando has been playing very lucky basketball and their 3 point shooting as saved them. Love/Howard two best rebounding guys in the game should cancel each other out but i think Love is going to be more of a scoring threat. The guards for the Wolves is what is going to cause the Magic problems. If the Wolves can get transition baskets and good points in the paint from a shared collection of players Orlando will be in trouble. They will have to catch up but shooting 3's which I don't think will continue to drop like they have been. The Wolves are a hungry team for wins, I like this about them.
Hornets +5
I think this is a good spot for the Hornets. The Jazz who have played terrible away from home got a rare road win yesterday and are now playing another game back to back on the road in New Orleans. New Orleans have had a terrible run lately and have been riddled with injuries however I think they will play good enough to get the cover. Hornets had a close game with Utah last time they played and that was a home game for the Jazz. I expect the Hornets to play with some urgency and fight for a rare win, they seem to stay with teams in the first half then lose it late but this scenario should change against a team on a back to back road trip.
Bucks +6.5
Another interesting spot, Miami destroyed the Hawks in a revenge game yesterday and that is scary as this is another revenge game for the Heatles. However the Bucks play well against Miami and seemingly hit shots when they need to vs this team and I think +6.5 points is great value at home. Without Bogut this time they might struggle and Jennings MUST get into this game for the Bucks to hang with the Heat. I think Drew Gooden has been playing excellent lately and will continue is run. If the Bucks can keep the turn overs down and stay close to Miami for most of the game heading to the fourth they should be sweet for a cover.Comment -
