#186Not at all, he would get nothing but props from me had he not been fabricating or at least polishing his record in order for it to appear better than it actually was... Saying he won 7 units on a bet (which he forgets to mention was a hedge) even though he at the same time lost 5 on the opposite side is not cool.
I can thank him for his picks, and I always have, but I'm not going to listen to his (or anyone elses) shameful misleading promotional speeches and say nothing about it. I don't think pointing out his wrongs makes me a "hater"?
His plays are on the forum and twitter, if you think he's lying go prove itComment -

#194He had a small bet on OKC to win the west before the season started so he probably did win 7 units on Dallas. He hedged during the Memphis series and got a decent price on Dallas. If you really care that much to post twice why not go back and check his plays and tell us if he did win or not rather than basically calling him a liar without knowing if he lied or not
His plays are on the forum and twitter, if you think he's lying go prove it
To not include that but include Dallas winning is wrong and fudging the numbers.
The thing is sj doesn't need to fudge the numbers as they are bloody brilliant anyway and would still show him hitting at > 70% for the playoffs.Comment -

#195I had the same if not better % than SJ betting 1000 more plays than he did ....and without buying 2-3 points a game ....in addition to not posting overnight lines... sometimes even a day or 2 in advance which became widely UNAVAILABLE lines for his followersComment -

#197Haters are always gonna hate. There are always gonna be troublemakers and rotten apples in every race/place, and they are bored with their own life that's why they want to bother other people to make other's lives more harder and more interesting. My advice is to don't let haters get to you, b/c it's just useless and ignorant words when they show their hate to other people, and just try to be honest and stay true to yourself, and it doesn't matter what others think in the end as long as you can be happy with your family and certain friends (you can't please everyone)..."Decisions become easier when your will to please God outweighs your will to please the world." ~Anso Coetzer
Don't waste your time with haters, (b/c constructive criticism is more helpful than just criticizing and condemning.) A quote for the haters, "It is harder to crack a prejudice than an atom." ~Prejudice saying by Albert Einstein.
Congratulations on your successful years of sports betting. Hope to follow your picks and use them as help next year, if you decide to come back next year. I'll be trying to make some money on MLB until the NBA starts up again in November. BOL and Cheers for the picks that you share for free! And this shows that you're unselfish like myself since you're willing to share great NBA picks with everyone. Thanks for your help!

#199Wow this thread turned out to be an orgy. A lot of patting... sucking... and fluffing. We aren't saying he didn't make any great calls. That's not what I indicated. He had to make an entirely new thread to CLIMAX all over himself. He could of just kept his same thread he had... and now we have to read an autobiography about how he did it his way... and act like Frank Sinatra and sh#$...
This isn't about hating. Or about rotten apples. It's about a dingaling who makes a thread called Curtain Call. You can't be anymore of a self-centered showboat than this imbecile when he already had his own open thread that he could of thanked everyone in...Comment -

#200You're pretty weird/messed up dude to remember that I questioned you one time on a play... but it's already known how you and your ego roll (I.e this thread)... whatever, I made more then I lost using your picks as one of the many solid cappers on this forum in various sports, including Laker Crazy, Lakerboy, Lyons, Therber2, Sawyer, DennisGreen and Caracalla... so if you want to call me a hater that fueled your success, whatever gets you off and making me money it's all good... Although I don't think anyone has called me a hater of, well, much of anything on this forum... so I guess it's cool I got into the writeup...Comment -

#201A Curtain Call for yourself is a little ridiculous. The kid for god dam sure knows the game but how some of you guys suck him off is beyond ridiculous. He is a kid who knows the sport extremely well and puts a lot of time into it. There is an ego issue of some sort with curtain calling yourself.Comment -

I applaud you for your bankroll management but in reality you only hit a little over half of your overall bets

#208I visited your thread many times but never posted SJ. It was a pleasure to come to see their plays and power before his announcement several times has made me change my mind and in doing so, I saved a little money I lost. As we close this year with an excellent note to congratulate him on his win and expect to see during the NFL season, if there is a season and if there is a thread in the NFL. If not, then the next NBA season. Greetings.
