Kob is the man. He gives you great analysis, awesome trends and wins way more than he loses. One of the best on here in my opinion. Check out this thread more. I respect his thoughts in both NBA and MLB.

The Heats dictated the tempo in game 1, we should see the same in 2. As in my analysis matrix, its understood that we have 2nd rank defensive team vs a top 5 in Dallas, and the Mavs has yet to taste East coast's defensive style & there it is. Also, at home the Heats had won average 7 to 8 points included Boston series.
Obviously the Mavs will adjust in the the coming game but it won't make much different until return back home in game 3, and 4. The Heats' bench can't do no worst since the Sixers' series but upside since Heslem's returned. Also it's important to note minutes production from Bosh, Wade and Bron are each average 44 mins per game.
Take Miami -4.5
Take under 185.5

This is one of the worst collapse by the Heats in Q4, I think they were so sure that its for them to take it at home game 2 & complacent defense in this last 4 mins. Now this is hugh for the Mavs, it's a turning point.
Our under loss by 3 points, despite a combine 102 points in the 1st half. No point to dwell on it we'll move on to the next.
opening for Game 3 - Dal -3 O/U: 188
gonna be interesting.

I'm on it too....it's my first year betting on females so I'm a bit leery but Candace Parker should dominate after the injury. I actually liked the under but couldn't get it at open and am not going to touch it at 157. Good luck! BTW, I lean under in game 3 of NBA...

Hi LT,
I had some success with WNBA last year, I cashed it big time with WNBA Finals with Baseball around that time too.
In game 3, I agree under is the play, as from here on, thing are getting very intense and serious; every game is a decider as the stake is higher than previous rounds.
but if Dal wins game 3 & 4, game 5 should be an over etc vice versa for the Heats as well.

_______________________________ Phoenix at Seattle
Two Australian stars players will go at it, this would mean a tough defensive at both ends. Storm should be dominant at home as they had sweep Phx last year playoff with pretty much the same and improved roster.
Take Storm -7.5
Take under 170.5
_______________________________ Sky-Fever
Indiana had nine of 10 all-time in the series at home against Sky, it's more of the same in this opening game.
Take Ind -7
_______________________________ Mystics-Sun
The home team has 7-0 meetings history.
Take Conn Suns -4.5
_______________________________ Shock-Silver
The Silver Stars 4-0 of last year's five meetings. But they could be in for a suprise with Tula's new secret weapon, this year 2nd pick Rookie, 19-year-old Australian Liz Cambage whom has a tremendous upside, a very physical C/Forward & quickness for dominant low post game.
SA are 2-6-1 ATS in their last 9 home games.
Head to Head:
Over is 6-2 in the last 8 meetings in San Antonio.
Take Tula +8.5

Miami at Dallas - Game 3
A big win in game 2 on the road for the Mavs, now with momentum on their side and heading home to grab another victory in game 3. Miami committed cardinal sin with a poor defense that allow Dallas caught fire with their shooting rhythm late in the 4th, and fall for the oldest trick in basketball; take low % jumpshots in critical stage of the game while thinking they still can win it at home. Coming to this, they will live and learn from a costly mistake, let it goes and look to play a 5 game series. We can expect a game 7 like with intensity and one physical game where every possession count and both teams will go for % FG plays and set a pace for low scoring game.

Tula to win this game is out of the question, in last their last game at SA they had 40-23 rebounding edge & rightfully so due to their interior play by the new 2nd pick rookie. Silver beaten them with their sharpe outside shots. I expect both teams here will play an equal defense but lynx will no doubt has a better offense and at home should win by 12 points. 72-84 lynx.

Miami at Dallas - Game 4
Expect a game 7 intensity and physical defense. The Heats played to their strength and had a massive scoring advantage at low post. This game will be no exception, both teams will grind out high % FG & don't expect that many 3's attempts.

I think this one can go either way, the Heats has a load of potential to win anytime, but the Mavs got to feel the urgency now as they had just lost opening at home after stole one from the Heats in game 2. I had picked Heats to win 6 or 7 from the start. Didn't think they would have loss game 2 & expect them to win game 4 or 5. I think we'll go with a safe choice with o/u bet for now. gl
