Spurs +200 to win the West?

What do you guys think about this line. They currently have 10 losses, next best is Dallas with 16. Assuming the Spurs lose to each of the top 5 teams left in their schedule, this puts them at around 17 losses for the season.

Is it me or does this look like a "lock".

I just realized that this is for the team to make the Finals. Not the best regular season record. Obviously too good to be true. Fail.
