    **Kings at Cavaliers**

    –Las Vegas Sports Consultants installed Cleveland as a 3 1/2-point home ‘chalk’ over Sacramento, with the total set at 192 ½. This contest is scheduled to tipoff at 7:05 p.m. ET.

    –Sacramento (26-30 straight up, 28-27 against the spread) has alternated SU wins and losses its last five games after routing Portland Monday as a 15-point home favorite, 115-91. The combined 206 points went ‘over’ the 190-point closing total, snapping a string of three straight ‘under’ outings.

    –The Kings enjoyed a rebounding advantage, 48-34, while also shooting 50 percent (44-of-88) from the field. Kevin Martin stepped up with 25 points on 10-of-15 shooting with six rebounds, and center Brad Miller added 16, 10 rebounds and eight assists.

    –Sacramento has struggled to a 7-19 SU and 10-15 ATS road record, dropping those affairs by an average score of 100-95. The Kings begin a five-game road trip with this contest.

    –Sacramento was 4-0 SU and 3-1 ATS the past four meetings with Cleveland before falling Dec. 6 as a one-point home underdog, 102-97. The combined 199 points went ‘under’ the 204-point closing total, snapping consecutive ‘over’ outings in this series.

    –The Cavaliers were doomed after netting just nine points in the fourth quarter, finishing the contest by hitting 39 percent (27-of-70) from the field. LeBron James paced the offense with 26 points, but shot a miserable 9-of-22 in the process while Zydrunas Ilgauskas added 18 and 15 rebounds.

    –Cleveland sports a 20-9 SU and 16-12 ATS home ledger, with the ‘under’ going 17-12. The Cavs follow this contest with a road game against Chicago before returning for a brief two-game homestand. Cleveland has been winning its home games this season by an average score of 98-91.

    –Sacramento guard Bonzi Wells (groin) is ‘out’ for this matchup with the Cavs.

    –Cleveland guard Larry Hughes (finger) is expected to miss the rest of the regular season.

    **Pistons at Nuggets**

    –LVSC has Detroit as a five-point road favorite over Denver, with the total listed at 190. This game is scheduled to begin at 9:05 p.m. ET.

    –Detroit (47-9 SU, 30-26 ATS) has won six games in a row SU and three consecutive ATS after pasting Cleveland Monday as a three-point road ‘chalk,’ 84-72. The combined 156 points failed to eclipse the 182-point closing total, helping the ‘under’ occur the sixth straight matchup.

    –Rasheed Wallace poured in 24 points in the victory, while Richard Hamilton accounted for 22 and Chauncey Billups had 15 and 12 assists. They were the only Pistons to reach double digits in scoring as the team shot a pedestrian 38 percent (33-of-87).

    –Detroit owns a 21-7 SU and 16-12 ATS road record, with the ‘under’ going a solid 17-10. The Pistons, winning those affairs by an average score of 94-88, continue their four-game road trip after this contest with games against Seattle and the Clippers.

    –The Nuggets connected at a 48-percent clip (35-of-73), but were unable to overcome a 45-35 rebounding disadvantage. Carmelo Anthony netted 19 points in the setback, while Earl Boykins pitched in with 14 and six assists off the bench.

    –Denver is 18-12 SU and 14-16 ATS on its home court, with the ‘over’ going 18-11. The Nuggets, winning those matchups by an average score of 104-100, travel to Houston after this contest before returning home for a brief two-game homestand.

    –Denver guard Greg Buckner (knee) is ‘questionable’ against the Pistons.

    **Sixers at Rockets**

    –LVSC opened Houston as a 5 1/2-point home ‘chalk’ over Philadelphia, with the total listed at 190. This matchup is slated to start at 9:05 p.m. ET, with ESPN providing coverage.

    –The Sixers are just 10-17 SU and 11-16 ATS away from home, with the ‘over’ going 15-12. Philadelphia, dropping those games by an average score of 103-98, starts a brief two-game homestand after this matchup.

    –Houston is 5-0 SU and 3-2 ATS the previous five encounters with Philadelphia, while the ‘under’ has gone 4-1. The Rockets dumped the Sixers Feb. 6 as a three-point road underdog, 87-81, while the combined 168 points never seriously threatened the 188 1/2-point closing total.

    –Houston (25-32 SU, 26-30 ATS) had recorded three consecutive SU victories before falling to Phoenix Monday as a two-point home underdog, 111-94. The combined 205 points went ‘over’ the 201-point closing total, ending back-to-back ‘under’ affairs.

    –The Rockets enjoyed a points in the paint advantage, 42-28, and finished the contest shooting 42 percent (38-of-91). Center Yao Ming paved the way with 27 points and 18 rebounds, while Juwan Howard had 19 and seven.

    –Houston is a disappointing 10-17 SU and 6-21 ATS at home, with the ‘under’ going 18-7. The Rockets, dropping those games by an average score of 89-88, continue their four-game homestand after this matchup against Denver and Portland.

    –Philadelphia center Samuel Dalembert (ankle) is ‘questionable’ versus the Rockets.

    –Houston forward Stromile Swift (ankle) is ‘questionable’ against the Sixers, while guard Bobby Sura (knee) is ‘out.’
