im terrible at nba totals....when i cap games i really only look at sides. baseball and football i like totals.

first off, i love the initial movement on the lakers with the public being 50/50 here.

i know that dallas is a solid btb team, but i think at the end of the year its more difficult for these veteran teams to bring it btb. the last time dallas was in la they were also 6.5 pt dogs and got drilled by 30+.

Friday 4/1:

(5u) blazers -130_quick turn around from the game in okc a few days ago where the thunder won by 9. important game for the blazers as i feel they will want this one more and should defend home court. last game in portland was a 1 pt decision, so taking the ML just in case.

(3u) kings +6_sac is a young/exciting team with a bright future. this is the perfect spot for them to play spoiler in a revenge game fresh in their minds. last nights 14 pt loss in denver was a game that was a lot closer then the final indicated. i look for the kings to avenge the loss that broke their 5 game winning streak. i had my line set at denver -3.5, so i see extreme value here.

denver line is the one that was way off to me....

milw owns indy in indy....maybe that factored in. i think atl and portland lines are about right.

last night mike fratello mentioned that he had asked scott brooks about whether theyd wanna stay the 4th seed to avoid the lakers and he didnt wanna say wat scotts answer was but from the way he sounded it seems more like scott brooks does indeed want to stay the 4th seed. if they wanted to keep winning games no matter the seeding, they wouldve just straight said that. on top of okc rigging totals and whatnot they are certainly very schemy so maybe fading okc might not be a bad idea
