And your Jazz never had a chance to win more than 2 games verse the Lakers. There's no "memos" theres no "scripts" NBA players are not actors, they're athletes.

I would say that 90% of this forum doesn't even know what this league is about, they're just gamblers, that's why so few ppl are able to make live in games bets, because only ppl that study the game can do live in game bets.

Oh okay, I don't follow hockey at all. Seems a pretty screwy way to do it. The Jazz are the 4 seed, that means they play the 1 seed in the second round, deal with it. It works like this for every other sport. Quit your crying.

When you earn the right as the top seed in any playoff system you are rewarded by playing the easiest path to the Championship and common sense tells you the easiest path is the weakest next available seed the Spurs in the Lakers case and the Celtics for the Cavs,but by rights the NBA should have waited for the HAWKS/BUCKS series to finish because if the Bucks would have won well then they by rights should of been the Cavs next opponent

But do you know why they didn't boys and girls?
I will tell you why because time is $$$$$$ and wasting time loses $$$$$$

Its because of TV deals and ticket sales. Plus the NBA believes if you knock off a higher seed you in essence take their path. Not in the sense of getting home court advantage, but its said that if the spurs knocked off the 2 seed, the jazz would then be the lowest formidable opponent to play the top seed.

But again the reason the NBA dosent do reseeding is because of tv deals and ticket sales.

The nfl doesn't do reseeding, the nfl makes the lowest seed face the highest. The one difference being the 2 best teams from each conference get byes in the first round.

ncaa tournament is a fixed bracket like the NBA..........thats what makes it good, if a #15 seed beats a #2 seed they dont have to go playing the #1 seed

An argument can be made supporting either playoff system. But which ever way you believe is best, I will tell you that you will still get instances where some team is getting screwed by the playoff format. I personally believe that reseeding in the NBA does not always make it better for all the top teams. In pro sports and especially in the NBA, how one team matches up with the other has more importance than just their overall record that they had in the regular season. It has always been this way and I don't see the need to re-do the NBA playoff system.

My closing to this subject

The only argument is coming from those who either can not except the truth or just simply don't know it if it is the latter of the two it is no fault of their own because they just lack experience and that will come through due time, unless they have a life stupor cast upon them.............
