    Correct me if I'm wrong
Haven't all four SA/DAL totals been set at 194 in this series? The first pushed and the next two went under, with the last game well under. Yet today's total, again, is 194.

Typically, when two straight games of a series go over, the third is almost always under. Does the same rule apply to two unders and then an over?

I think if the over hits, it means Dirk has a big game and Dallas wins.

You either go SA/under or Dallas/over IMHO.

I think Iceminer said it perfect in a thread somehwere... the # not going down makes no freaking sense and it almost makes me want to take the over. I really think the books are waiting for Dallas to put up some points one of these days and they are baiting the under becasue of it. I'm torn on this one but the number has me leaning Dallas and over

I'm starting to think the same thing, because it doesn't make sense. I figured the total would be about 191-192 for this one (games have been 194, 190 and 184 in the series so far). Public's even on the under at S(quare)portsbook.

I agree with the over. Dallas has to show something tonight- IMO the only way they win is a high scoring game. They wont beat SA scoring in the 90's..... I like the over. I like Dallas for the game as well.

I tried the "due for an under" today with Cavs/Bulls after game 2/3 went way over, and then it still went over by 25 points....

It's a crap shoot, but I think Mavs are due for a win, meaning the pace should be a little faster resulting in more points, which means over.

if the Mavs are going to win this one, it most likely goes over because thats the only way they can win this game is to push the ball up the court on a fast pace. since i'm taking the Mavs to play this type of game tonight, I would lean on the over. now do the Spurs force the Mavs into half court to play their game, who knows? I'm banking on the Mavs controlling the tempo in this one.

I have the next 10 min to decide but I'm thinking I'm going to try this theory out. I'm gonna go with Dallas ML and if the lose going to chase with Denver ML. I like both those teams anyway and I really really don't think the NBA is going to let both these series go 3-1 to the dogs. anyway have thoughts on this?

You'll probably go 1-1, but should net a profit. I agree -- I don't see both home teams winning tonight, and with the extra $$$ you can pick up off the ML, it's probably the way to go.

yeah but if dallas wins I'm going to only put 1/2 on denver so the key I guess would be Dallas to win. If they lose I'll just bet to get money back so lets say:
                            1U to win 1.4U dallas
then if they win .5U to win .65U denver
If they lose then 1U to win 1.25U denver

who knows though! wish me luck!

I think it's sound strategy. Of course, it would alleviate some of the stress if you can just get the early win instead of having to sweat it out in the late game.

We can still hit this over (with triple OT).
