Easy to understand your frustration, Bro....but I think it's partly a server capacity problem, not necessarily people disregarding your F5 request. Kinda' like trying to execute a sell order the last time the stock market tanked. I froze up at about 10 minutes before tipoff just trying to look at the SBR odds page.
