Don't be fooled by that Migz. Just like it was Boston at Orlando. You're talking about the LAKERS. They are the better team. Period. You think they want Boston to be resting their old bones while they're running up and down the court with Nash and co? Hell no. They are going to smack them tomorrow. Wait and see.

I don't say things like this too often because it's not my thread and I know you guys aren't here for my plays, but the Lakers are going to once again rip the Suns a new asshole. End of story.

I'm even going to start a new thread with that exact post in it right now that's how confident I am. And I've never done that before.

Watch they lose by 60 and my thread get bumped for the next week.

we'll see Shari. LA is ganna lose tomorrow- they're not Boston, and they're not as good as Boston right now.

LB- you know no one wants Kobe to win his 5th than me and you, but like i said man, the Lakers are in serious trouble right now and after LA beats the Suns in the series 4-2 Phil is going to have to have a serious talk with these guys. Their defense is honestly pathetic right now. Boston is on another level.

Flippin right! You tell em sister! But Shari, it is still possible you and Sweet are both right. Maybe Lake show win the 1st, Suns the half, and Lake show dominate second half.

I just can't see how the Suns will stop Gasol/Bynum/Odom inside. But I hope Lakers won't repeat the series of Thunder where they let them tie the series 2-2.

bad luck Paco but you still the best.

The Eastern Conference Finals essentially ended tonight (you could argue that it never started). You think the Lakers weren't paying attention? They wanna make quick work of Phoenix - if they lose just one game, they might seem "vulnerable". LA will send a message tomorrow night to Boston saying that they are the team to beat.

Expect big games from the Suns role players. I honestly think this is what tilts the scale and this is what Vegas is banking on and why the Lakers are underdog. The Suns are at home now and all role players play significantly better at home. Look for Frye, Dragic, and Dudley to all have above average games. Also I don't think that there is any way that Nash won't shoot 10+ shots tomorrow, he only shot 10 and 8 in games 1 and 2. Farmar and Brown both played very efficient in games 1 and 2, expect less from them tomorrow. Don't forget that the Lakers are still only 3-2 on the road thusfar with two wins by one shot. They've only had one convincing road win which was against Utah game 4, a game we all expected Utah to lose once down 3-0.

I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the Suns come out blazing all the way until the middle/end of the 3Q, LA keeps pace with them and then LA just shuts them down. Watching what they did to them in game 2 just cemented to me that I really need to start considering betting on the 4Q when a game involving LA appears to be in jeopardy. They are close-out machines.

SJ the suns are done. The lakers will lock them down on defense tomorrow watch and see. The biggest factor in this game is the rest that the Lakers got. The lakers usually play well on good rest and the suns being a jump shooting team will be off rythym.

That is muchh easier said than done with the Suns at home. They have gone for 107+ in four out of 5 home playoff games thusfar. They have only had one game under 100 at home twice in 3 months now, that is crazy. Suns are 12-1 last 13 home games.

Werent the lakers one of the teams that held them to under 100 in there 102-96 win? The blazers also held them to 93 points in a 93-87 loss there.

Yes but if you take a good look at that Phoenix got a rare 6 days off for that game. That is not normal in the NBA and sure enough the Suns came out and lost the 1H by 7. I would have expected that in that game completely. The Lakers also played @ Suns in December and got lit up for 118 points.

LOL there's no excuse there. Portland is the best defensive team in the NBA IMO and they shut them down one game, plain and simple.

Nash only scored 11 points. Do you really think that is going to happen again with those 4 guys at home? I think Suns put up 120 fairly easily.
