    true but you have to factor in the rest and travel as well. GS gets to recoop after a horrible loss and practice at home while NJ has to travel and play early all within 20 hours. Then again the line movement tells me i'm wrong and will lose badly, but who knows

      while this was tongue in cheek as far as how "classic" this scenario was, i've found that if you're going to make plays based on situational factors, it's best to look at both sides of the ball. a game featuring a team looking for a bounce-back win facing a team who has played over their heads (esp in a back to back situation) will typically favor the team looking for the bounce back win. obviously the team needs to be capable of bouncing back--if the situation was reversed, i wouldn't play the nets.

      while the nets have been "hot", this was a bad spot for them, as we all know they're not very good and not ready to pull off back to back wins in back to back nights unless the situation is heavily in their favor.

      of course this is after the fact, and i'm not trying to be a jerk, just trying to share a situational angle i like (and should stick to more often).
