    Portland 2-8 ATS without Outlaw
Portland is now 2-8 ATS without Outlaw and clearly struggling.

In my opinion Portland's superior talent off the bench and front court depth were two MAJOR contributors to their early success. With players like Fernandez (world-class competitor), Outlaw (superior athlete, energy, 4th quarter contributor) and Pryzbilla (low-post defense, shot-blocking)coming off the bench you gain a great combination of playmaking ability, energy, scoring and defense. These are the types of players that can that win games and put a team over the top, especially on the ROAD.

Now, in addition Greg Oden is out indefinitely and Fernandez is questionable for tonight. Not a bad spot for a Knicks team getting points at home, who matches up well and is gaining confidence.

Also, 79% on Portland at the moment yet the line goes from +4 to +3.5. I like that.

                    Great analysis.

I agree, and Portland should be followed closely on this road trip to see if they lack continuity w/ McMillian not being on the bench for the duration of the trip.

SBRs lines has 68% on Portland. I like the Knicks here too, but who makes up this 68%? Do they not read injury reports .. ?

Bet Tracker now shows 76% on the Blazers...perhaps it's because NYK is on a back to back???

I don't think being on a home B2B is that detrimental to any team. No traveling and they played at noon yesterday. Of course the Knicks are 0-5 this year on 0 days rest.. but i'm confident they cover if not win tonight

Line movement and %s are going to be distorted today on the GSW & POR games, as they are both JM (A) bets.

They're inviting as much Blazer money as possible, cutting the line down to POR -3 (-103), which is equivalent to POR -4 (+110), despite 73% on POR, knowing that the Blazers are depleted, but people will still buy the points anyways. Pushing it down to a pk is dangerous though for them, in case the Blazers pull off a tight win.

Golden State's line is essentially unchanged, but they bumped the line for the extra vig. GSW +7.5 (-113) is being offered, which is roughly equivalent to GSW +7 (-104), the original line, but you buy the points against the new line. So in both games, they're cheating the line in the direction they know that the JM bettors are going to be going, adding a little extra vig to the line. They just can't be as loose with the blazers because there's more uncertainty in that game, and a tighter line.

As it stands, JM buys would be (on Pinnacle):

                                                POR -3 (-103) to POR pk (-185)
                                                GSW +7.5 (-113) to GSW +10.5 (-195)

Think both of these teams are going to win? Not likely. That's a lot of juice for the books tonight.
