I'd rather do Raptors -2 than Rockets +6. This is why: the Rockets are depleted. They're now without Yao and Artest. Their offense depended much on Yao while their defense depended much on Artest. McGrady is iffy. I see the Rockets struggling mightily this season. I played them the last time to beat the Bucks and they lost. In retrospect, I realized that play was a very bad one.

Talking about Toronto, they have the talent. They did well at the tail end of last season and they've been fine since then. Methinks they'll have a good regular season. They should have no problems beating this wretched Rockets by more than 4 points.

I wouldn't place one cent on the Hornets. They still have the respect they enjoy only because of one name - Chris Paul.

BOL anyways but rather than do a 5-teamer, I'd suggest this 2-teamer:

Raptors -4/Senators (NHL) ML +244. I may be wrong anyways.

Dodgers RL is ok as a single wager.

Mostly teasers; I'm in a parlay slump! I'm really going to focus on hitting a nice one this weekend though.

For the record, I put in $200. I lost the original $125, added $75, and lost $50. I had one bet left, a $25 WNBA teaser that I hit, and I've since gotten here from there.

OK/UT over/under has jumped to 53.5 on the news that the Sooners' top receiver Broyles will play now. Ugh.
